Find the google document called "water use calculator."  Open it and follow the instructions.

You have a public discourse this week on WATSON, a JEOPARDY! playing machine.
 
Remember your ongoing public discourse responsibilities. 

You will have be assessed on the following essay question on Wednesday, Feb 16:

As Tortola and the BVI become more developed, the total energy needs of the residents will increase.  How could Tortola and the BVI meet the energy needs of a growing population in a sustainable, environmentally friendly way?

Work on your CELL BOOK project during your two, 30-min homework sessions this week.
 
An assessment on our exploration of Evolution, Natural Selection and Artificial Selection will be given before the holiday break.
Half of it will be assigned as a Take Home writing assessment.  You are permitted to answer these questions on your own outside of school.
The other half of the assessment will take place in 
 
Do not forget about the responsibilities you have to your group and the lizards under your care during our Lizard Terrarium Lab activity, ongoing for the next two weeks.

If you have been approached by me regarding extra-credit, come and see me to discuss it during the week of November 8, 2010.
 
Thursday:  You may bring in all of the materials used to construct your terrarium beginning today.  Pick up your lizard containers today in Mr. Erdosy's room.

Friday:  All of the materials necessary to construct your terrarium must be brought to school.  As well as lizards and foot items!

You have each been assigned specific materials to bring in, as well as specific jobs to accomplish during the construction process.  Do not let your group members down by forgetting to get what you need!

Remember, while catching the lizards and food items, be careful not to injure the lizard or yourself.  Follow the guidelines we discussed in class.
 
Beginning on Wednesday, November 3, you and your group may bring to class the materials you will use to construct your Lizard Terrarium.  Only bring in materials that have been approved on your blueprint by Mr. Erdosy

Jude, Jojo and Rikkoi: Please bring in the terrariums that you mentioned may be available for use.


 
All materials for the construction of your Science Fair Display Board must be brought to class on Friday, October 15.

Everything you are planning to display on your board must already be printed.  You will NOT have the opportunity to print anything during class time.
